Yes you did and I thank you. I couldn’t find the issue and contacted the admins.
t this time there is only one admin. He has been rather busy with his every day job, family and dealing with the pandemic and does not get on the system very often. If you do not get a reply in a day or two, I would suggest you create a new user with a different email. Try to keep the user name under 10 characters.
