Either through Samsung GCSN or HP CSN since they took over Samsung's printer/copier devisions. You have to be an HP or Samsung tech to access those and since you're asking, you probably aren't.

I have copies of it but they are 925MB EHD format for recovery of the HDD in the pre boot service menu which you are probably looking at if the hdd died.

    service pin 1934

Just need that on the USB drive no unix script files etc. Just the EHD file. then after it reboots, about an hour later.... Then update to the newest firmware which you can get from HP support/driver official site.

Once you see this, I can send you a googledrive link to download the ehd file unless you can google and find it.

Send me na email if the forum allows it. I am rarely on here to check messages

    Thanks

even better, found it on HP's public FTP site.

    samsung, HP firmware etc.

    ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/softwar...D-UI-Recovery/
    ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/softwar....23.15_HDD.zip

The X7x00 should be what you use, there is a UI recovery as well if the control panel is acting up.
load that game up while it does its thing, it takes a long time.
