How do I obtain a Toshiba printer SDK?

I am looking for the SDK for the Toshiba B-FP3 Printer.

It's a small portable receipt printer I need to print QR codes. The marketing literature references the existence of an SDK for multiple platforms but I can't locate it anywhere for download or purchase.

Thanks very much! I tried to e-mail her but it bounced on the first attempt and haven't gotten a response from the second. Would you happen to have any more contacts within Toshiba? I also haven't had any luck going through their support portal.
