KIP 770 color scan

In a KIP 770 when pressing the scan color key to folder, nothing happens, it doesn't scan.


Does anyone have an idea of what it might be?

do you have the appropriate licence to allow it to scan in colour....on KIPs you need different licences for different things, once you have the appropriate licence, you're given a keycode to enter

Yes I have all the licenses I need

-Copy
-Scan to file
-print
-network print
no-color copy
-Scan to file in color

all in bold have green visas
