Changing Print Resolution on KM Bizhub C3300i

I hope this post finds everyone well and ready for a new year!

I have a quick question that my dealer/installer can't seem to figure out. I have a KM Bizhub C3300i, but I can't change the dpi from 600 to 1200. It is grayed out and I am not able to select it. The installer from the dealer loaded the print drivers on my computer and I am using a MacBook Pro. I don't plan to use the setting much, but I want the ability to do so. Is there a setting that needs to be turned on to get this functionality? It is as if something needs to be "turned on" to enable me to select the resolution. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I think I found your problem.

I installed both the C3300i PCL and PS drivers on my Server 2019 VM. You are on a Mac, (PostScript) but it should be similar enough.

Both the PS and PCL drivers gave me the same result.

If you want 1200 DPI, "Edge Enhancement" must be set to "Off". The default is "Weak".

    Please see yon screenshots:

Maybe you don't get the pop-up on the Mac, I don't know.

All other settings are at default so you shouldn't need to change anything else.

    Good luck!
