Toshiba eStudio 257 or 2018A specs, fax resolution, power consumption omissions

I was looking at specs of the eStudio257 and found there is no info in either the brochure or the op manual concerning the resolution settings for sending/receiving a fax, in Standard, Fine and U-Fine modes.

I also found that there is no data on power consumption, during operation, standby, sleep or deep sleep modes.

This is also true for the current model eStudio2018A.

Ricoh and Kyocera publish this information in their lit, why doesn't Toshiba?

Does Toshiba think this data is unimportant to customers?

... the information is published in multiple places such as Toshiba's dealer website or in spec checks published by BLI.

Do you mean, like this? (Right out of the service manual, pg 29):
    Attached Files Attached Files
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
