Do you mean like this?:
Curious Cover Ice Silver 8-1/2x11 111lb/300g 100/pkg | Paper, Envelopes, Cardstock & Wide format | Quick shipping nationwide | Paperworks
Ice Gold Paper - 8 1/2 x 11 Curious Metallics 80lb Text - LCI Paper
111# Cover translates to 300gsm
80# Text translates to 116gsm
You didn't specify what inkjet you have, but your inkjet will most likely be able to handle this stock, especially if it has a straight paper path.
I most certainly would not run this through a laser device. Metallic papers deposit metallic (read "conductive") particles into the paper path eventually shorting out components applying high voltage, like transfer, developer bias & primary charge.
Yes for inkjet ... Never on laser based devices. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No. Never use metallic coated paper of any sort on laser based devices.
I did not recommend either of those papers. I was just confirming that was what you were talking about.

"Coated on both sides and available in text and cover weight"
If it is coated, this is the most likely cause of issues with ink as it cannot absorb into the paper.
Toner is heated and pressed onto the page, its why the copier is working, and the ink is not.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
... I very much suspect that the exotic media you have selected is not supported by your A3 business class inkjet printer. I do not know Epson very well but somewhere they must publish their acceptable media types.
You should be looking at the 4" wide Epson Colorworks CW4000 label printer.
