Epson WF-3640 - Cleaning and replacement print heads?

I also have a Epson WF-3640 that I got for free. This picture is a nozzle test print, then I did a clean cycle, and then I did another test print.

I have seen this youtube video

If that doesn't work, has any one tried replacement print heads? Are they any good?

From the printer settings move the printhead to the ink changing position soak a cloth in window cleaner or something, lay the cloth where the paper travels under the printhead. Hold the printhead and move it across the cloth to dislodge the crap.

My WF2750 blocked up and the only solution was a cleaning kit and removing the printhead, its a filthy job.
