    plockmatic BM50 SHARP error code bm-012

    Hi all

    intermittant one this not actually seen the fault...

    machine stops and shows this code

    paper is stopped under staplers.. not mis- aligned or jammed not sure if it isstapled or not ?

    have service manual..we are a sharp dealer.. and some training with this monster

    code points to a transport motor BM-012 Set Transport Motor (M5) Pulse Time Out Q40 service manual..

    anyone any experience of this code.. we have limited experience of this contraption...

    as i say intermittant.. happened last time 3 times out of 100 booklets

    customer using quality mondi paper also 100gm

    error codes

    any repair done

    status of the consumables

    pics in PDF format of quality issues

    Normally we would have let the thread stay in it's grave.

    Hi

    I left that company shortly after..
    The issue when I worked there was raised with Sharp as plockmatic was hooked up to an Mx-6500
    It was intermittant and next to impossible to diagnose.
    Sharp said maybe firmware..On the copier ? but we had the latest installed
    they supplied the plockmatic On the copier
    we had no direct contact with plockmatic themselves
    For all I know the problem is there..
    me posting that the problem is now with the manufacturer does not help anyone..
    If I knew what solved the problem I would have posted it..
