Have a weird one where the printer only prints about a 6th of the page. Have attached the issue.
Have replaced drum,works ok for a while and then begins printing part of the page only
Any ideas?

what have you done? besides drum
are paper properties set correct?
are you a tech?
do you have the manuals?
What paper size is displayed?
Is that same paper size loaded?
What is the size of the electronic image being sent?
What enlargement/reduction setting in the driver properties?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

control flat cable led head try to remove it and put it back
thanks for the responses. we have changed the drum but now we have blank copies. we have removed the drum and reseated the cable as per earlier reply
Any ideas?
Only ever had blank prints twice on this printer engine and it has been the LED array not in the proper postion.Make sure the LED array is moving to its proper position when the covers are closed.
