I have a wide format printer T5270 throwing a paper load error and got as far as I can with out the service program. can anyone help?

I take it you are NOT a certified tech?

that program is copyrighted software

a certified tech can lose his tech ID.. his dealership WILL lose their dealership

both could be sued

Apparently management never followed through on getting our service department fully certified. go figure. thanks for the heads up. I didn't want to work on that machine anyway!

they aren't that hard (unless PH replacement)

but servprog like I said is tricky if you don't know the steps...

sometimes on the t5xxx series IF you have the manual.. you can get some things taken care of thru the ctl pnl
