I have a problem with image alignment on the sheet, the toner cartridge, photoconductor unit, and fuser unit have been replaced. Factory settings reset (maintenance 01). Photos of the attached problem, drawer and bypass tests, normal front and back, normal sheet, and thick sheet.

also front to bad prints won't line up like you think they should..depending on BORDER spacing.
if printing from PC to different trays make sure the guides are set properly
Hello, how are you? Problem occurs when printing the report through the equipment and printing from the PC, regardless of normal front or front and back, the first sheet is out of alignment and the second is normal. All paper settings or drawer adjustment are correct. Tests were performed with the parts mentioned above.
