UTAX 6505CI

Hi Guys, no K print on this Utax 6505ci. There are no error messages. I've replaced k dev and iu also transfer belt and fuser assembly all with brand new genuine kyocera/utax parts. Toner is half full. I ran all the service procedures as per manual after replacing the parts above and still the same issue. Any help would be great.

1. Enter maintenance mode U100/ AC Auto Adj./ switch from "ON" to "OFF"
2. Remove MC from BK drum
3. printout status page and check for full solid bk backgroud without margins or run calibration, open right door during it runs and check surface from transfer belt for bk

1. if you get full solid bk background, your laser won`t work and all needed high voltages are present
2. still no bk, missing high voltage for DV or missing first transfer voltage for bk transfer roller

After you find the reason, don`t forget to switch back U100 to "ON"

Ok, I done the above checks and still a blank page. Under U100 (check current) the K value is 0. Does this point to a fault on the hvps? Is there anything else i should be looking at? Many thanks in advance.

If you get blank image without mounted maincharger, mostly there is no high voltage for BK developer, only in 2 cases we have had missing transfer voltage for 1 color.
At U100 you can see values for DK not for DV.
If we are missing sleeve DC on DV you don`t get any C-Call or wrong values in U140 or U155.
In your case we must think about exchange from Main High Voltage PWB or Engine PWB.
From my experience, Main High Voltage PWB faulty or missing spring contact.
