Hi there!
Normaly these boxes () do not a correct shutdown! Then you have the problem with the ph-wiper. Normaly a new shutdown and restart solves the problem. Otherwise you have to remove it manualy (20er Torx-driver), and then restart. Also look for the newest FW, it´s essential on HP-Products.
