RISO RZ 370 EP

I have a RISO RZ 370 EP coming up with error J08 which is paper jam error but there is no paper stuck anywhere. I cleared paper path, tested paper sensor all is fine but machine do not attempt to pick up paper. Any ideas please.

paper pickup's CLEAN? do all the sensor work properly?

motors n solenoids working properly?

All cleaned and tested through machine Test Mode...

OK .... should have asked this earlier:

is there the right size paper in the tray?

do the tray settings match the machine settings?

can you visually confirm the pick up rollers spin and move into pickup position?

does the feed tray move up n down when sensors are active?

does it go from booting to ready to jam without having a job entered?

Have you created a master properly?

do you have the manual for this machine?

are you trained on any Riso's
