Olivetti d-Copia 6004 MF

Good day all

we are having an issue with an Olivetti d-Copia 6004MF , the machine keeps running and doesn't come ready , when powered on it goes through to the home screen , select option is displayed on the screen , if we try print a status page the machine carries on running and after about 3 minutes or so we get the below error messages 0104 and 0105

0104 Wait for ready of conveying package
Conveying package won’t become ready. D
0105 Driving prevention A drive does not stop.
Check your switches in paper convey
