Oce Colorwave 500 Toner Blobs

Hello,

I am having some issues with a Oce Colorwave 500 dumping black toner (toner pearls) in the paper path / while printing. The machine has been calibrated for all of the paper types. We have
replaced the cleaning unit and the wiper assembly with not luck. The globs sometimes drip into the paper path and cause these marks on both sides of the page. It happens every print on mylar and happens once every 3 or so prints on regular paper. We think it maybe related to the black print head or the vacuum system connecting to the head but those are expensive parts. Any insight would be appreciated.

The only alternative is to replace the black cartridge.Good luck!
