Never seen one of these machines. I don't even know who makes it. I haven't worked too much on large format machines.

When the paper leaves the drawer, it jamming right after the feed roller. seems to be catching on the chewed up mylar guides. Compared to the 2nd drawer, these guides seemed really chewed up. Usually with mylar guides, I just take them off. But these seem to serves a purpose of making sure the roll paper continues straight up. Am I wrong? The slot after the feed roller is clean. I took it off and checked.

This machine is also making black lines on prints (on copies as well) that go with the paper direction. If this was a mfp I would think that the charger roller was dirty or bad or a bad charger wire. I didn't want to start taking things apart w/o knowing a little before just randomly pulling things apart. The slot after the feed roller was easy, four screws.

Any help is welcomed and thanks in advance.
