HP MFP 586z has a loud noise when feeding originals through the document feeder. I lubricated the idler roller shafts at the exit and just before the originals reach the scan glass. Has anyone else experienced this before that may have a fix?

HP MFP 586z has a loud noise when feeding originals through the document feeder. I lubricated the idler roller shafts at the exit and just before the originals reach the scan glass. Has anyone else experienced this before that may have a fix?

I don't know the exact problem but if I can advise it starts with cleaning all the rubber roller parts with a degreaser.
