Oce colorWave 650 problem

Hi. I just buy new oce colorwave 650 printer . And on the first time installation i put the wrong serial number. Now machine start the calibration but at the end machine give error 16716.
I cant find any this error code on internet.

The last scanner calibration error .

This machine is without scanner but still showing scanner calibration .

Also how can i change the serial number .

On web page there is oce service option but i dont have the password.

Please help for resetup this machine .

One of the most physically awesome looking machines i have seen.

The Oce machines are very trick in regards to service information. Do you have manuals on it?
Guess you are an experienced technician? Your own machine or a customer machine?
Before all the service and technical info was only available thru using Lotus Notes.
Think after Canon too over they did release PDF versions on the manuals.

Mabe the scanner should be disabled somehow so that the machine does not look for it on startup.

Hope someone here can help, but not a lot of Oce techs around here.

It will be well worth getting a tech trained on this machine to complete the setup for you.
Hope there is someone here that can guide you, but like i said not a lot of guys here that knows this machine.

Try to disable the scanner first by removing the cables both power and usb and power on
16716 error I'm afraid it is permanent error that can be reset thru SDS .
