Machine had a paper jam, customer removed paper which had not made it to drums yet, now it shows 381 ERROR. All paper sensors are in place, no paper anywhere. Does this indicate a particular sensor ?

paper path sensors in this model are rather quirky ... test them in Sensor/Motor test mode.Originally Posted by deputydogg
