This looks a lot like a monochrome mono-component Kyocera. Did the developing unit come empty? Did you run the toner add function?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    You are right Blackcat
it`s KYO M3660idn with Olivetti Branding
On "older" Polaris we have had problems with drive cluch for DVs, broken HVT, not working laser without C-Call...and so on
System menue/ New Developer at first
    Checking drive for DV station
Running test page without MC/ if no image on DK --> HVT

In this case we must think about the laser at first.
At the previous series we have had problems with the laser shutter, but this part wouldn`t mounted from factory anymore in the successor series.
Sample from Printout without MC available?

Please take a look for the transfer roller and/ or HVT PWB below.
Looks like wrong voltages from the roller.
Roller seems to decrease HV voltage from DK
    Circumference from transfer roller 58.0 mm/2 7/8” , from Drum 94.2 mm/3 11/16” Drum

i replaced the transfer roller and used another machines drum and dev units and results are still the same , i am suspecting a faulty high voltage board or faulty main board ?
