Hi,
When printing from a computer or direct from a usb stick straight into the copier/printer it fails to print, coming up with a message saying file is too large do you want to continue to wait or cancel, doesn’t make a difference if it’s a printer test page, word doc or pdf.
It will print a test page from memory or counter report fine.
Anyone had this or know what it might be?

Hello,

Have you made a firmware upgrade? The last version is 4.11.001.
If after that there is no change, replace hdd.
You can use a ssd and atttempt to copy de hdd with a cluster to cluster hdd copier. If the copy don't work (hdd too much faulty), you can copy one from new machine (don't start it!! also the sn will be written to the disk). Otherwise you have to order a new one from Riso (very expensive for an old generation of hdd).
