we have a small mfd tosh c338 that is a lexmark engine the problem we have is we cant get into user tools to reset the ip address as it has a password
i have tried what we normally set as the password and cant gain access.
is there a way to reset the user password or reset the machine back to factory im not over familiar with these machines as i normally work on richos

    Re: lexmark reset

If it's a Lexmark main board locate the yellow jumper. It's on a 3 pin connector. If you find it's on the left two pins move it to the right two pins or vice versa. You can leave it be after that you, you don't need to move it back.

I will edit this post in a couple days to remove this information.
