Lexmark XC9265 keep getting jam code 297.17 (it's not in the service manual I have)

Tray two jams every time. I have replaced the rollers. I can't find this code in the service manual I have.

The paper did not reach the sensor(registration 2) fed from tray 1. See “Registration jam service check” on page 157."
