Seiko LP-1030-MF Error

We have a Seiko in our office and I love this machine the only issue is I am receiving an error code when i first get in, in the morning.
The Error is as follows:
I have looked and looked around the internet to find an inkling on this error but, I can only find error codes relevant to the 1010 and 1020 models.
I have tried to talk to the distributor for our plotter and they wont answer my questions without sending a tech out.
I have only general knowledge on the inter workings of printers but I think this may be an issue with the fuser not getting hot enough. The reason i think this is that it will work fine after i feed 9 or 10 sheets through. Anyways I appreciate any help with this that would be great.
