Hi, I use to work for a document scanning company that only uses panasonic scanners. I gained alot of experiance working with panasonic scanners. If you go to the panasonic website you can redownload the drivers from panasonic website it should include the user utility in it aswell. I hope this help and let me know how it go's! Good luck
