Panasonic 6020 error code

Could anybody please let me know what an E0748 code is about. A regular customer asked us to look at this machine but I have not even seen a Panasonic in 7 or 8 years. Thanks in advance

90% of the calls we get with those error codes are normally caused by something stopping the finisher trays from lifting/dropping (like putting a trash can under the tray).

Yes that is right, usually a garbage can. You just need to lift the trays up so they are even again and then cycle the power.
