When a mail merge job is sent, the copier will print about a third of the job and stop. Any ideas?

what unit is it? may need to update the firmware or wipe the memory
It is a DP-4025. The customer said yesterday that it worked fine before. They have had some changes in thier computers and who now does the mail merge. This would make me think the problem is not in the machine. I have listed the firmware below.
SC BAV31900PU
SC BOOT M20
PNL AAV30200PU
SPC 45cpm V30500
Finisher 0800
Fax Modem ver 6D01
PDL FONT1 CAV30000b
SC2 CAV31900aPU
Thank you for your response. I am new to the Panasonic line. I have primaraly delt with Ricoh for the past 29 years. They are all the same. Just diffrent on some things like how to enter service modes, reports, etc.
Thanks again.
DP-4025? I can't even find that model. Is this a non-U.S. model?
It could be running out of memory as a mail merge is sent through as a single print job and not a print job per merge.

Try the attachment (if it attached properly) which has a macro for Word to separate the print jobs. This also then enables you to correctly collate the mail merges.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
