Most short term plans from what I read about them are only for three or six months to a year maximum and are not set up as permanent policies, but are for people that need some inexpensive temporary coverage until they can find a better job, better low cost yearly renewable policy. And are usually for younger healthier people. They are not full long term permanent insurance. They are actually also for older, nearing the age of retirement people that need something to assist them until they become eligible for Medicare should they leave work earlier than 65. And again these are not coverage for everything for anyone with any sort of possible illness. They are meant to be short term unexpected illness or injury coverage. Of course if young healthy people in between jobs or, becoming to old to be covered by their parents insurance, that do not need the average amount of medical treatment or long term care are the most common purchasers then there are going to be lower payouts for treatment by the insurers.

Okay what part do you not understand these are not permanent insurance. They are for people that need something for a short term and were completely legal before the ACA. And became legal again. They are not meant to be anything but temporary short term fill in the gap coverage for catastrophic coverage. Or is that too complicated for you to understand. It gives someone coverage until they get or find something permanent. They are not meant for some one that has a serious medical condition and probably would not be sold to them anyway. Hell if I were in my mid twenties and needed something short term and inexpensive I sure as heck would like to have this available. They actually give the people that purchase them a choice in what they can get to tide them over and not a year long expensive commitment. And too bad but they are not Trumpo plans they were in effect before Obamacare and were a heck of a good solution until someone could find what they needed or actually did get coverage from a new job. the only thing Trump did is relax the stringent overbearing regulations that Obamacare did not allow them. Heck it is the reason the democrats are always fighting against proof of citizenship at the poles. mainly because even they admit that they get the support of the illegal aliens. But a private polling firm or in other studies by some colleges found similar results to the poll. There are just as many studies that show either result either way.

Of course they vote and they use false identification which they already have anyway. They know they can get away with it because there is little to no enforcement of voter id at the election polling places. And if they actually vote then they can help elect a politician that will make it easier for them and the laws they want passed to help them even further.
