It's only a Matter of TIME Ukraine Gate
Trump's House of Cards is about to Collapse!

    maxresdefault.jpg

RICK PERRY DRAGGED FURTHER INTO UKRAINE-GATE
Earlier this month, in an attempt to deflect blame for his supposedly “perfect” conversation with the president of Ukraine, Donald Trump reportedly told House Republicans that he made the July 25 phone call at the urging of Energy Secretary Rick Perry. According to Axios, Trump said something to the effect of “Not a lot of people know this but, I didn’t even want to make the call. The only reason I made the call was because Rick asked me to,” adding that “more of this will be coming out in the next few days,” referring to Perry. The day before Trump tried to place Perry directly under the wheels of the Ukraine bus, reports circulated that the Energy secretary was planning to retire by the end of the year, but if he was thinking he was going to ride off into the sunset and directly into the warm embrace of another season of Dancing With the Stars, untouched by the radioactive fallout of Donald Trump’s presidency, he apparently thought wrong.

On Thursday, House Democrats served Perry with a subpoena, demanding he turn over a series of documents related to his knowledge of Trump’s phone call. In addition to noting Trump’s claim that Perry was allegedly behind the call, the three House committees investigating the situation requested information about whether Perry tried to get the Ukrainian government to add Americans to the board of Naftogaz, the country’s state-owned oil and gas company. (Volodymyr Zelensky told the Kyiv Post on Thursday that Perry never asked him to dismiss the head of the company.) The subpoena also asks for records and communications related to Zelensky’s May inauguration, which Perry attended; records concerning a host of meetings at the White House and abroad that Perry attended with senior Ukrainian officials; and all records regarding “proposed or actual transactions, investments, or projects relating to liquified natural gas (LNG) in Ukraine.”

Earlier this week, Perry said he had “asked the president multiple times” to speak with Zelensky, arguing that “it is in the United States’ and in Ukraine’s best interest that you and the president of Ukraine have conversations.” He acknowledged that he had made recommendations concerning Naftogaz, but only at the request of the Ukrainian government. The former Texas governor said that he’d discussed corruption generally with Zelensky, in an effort to make energy investment in Ukraine more attractive, but strenuously denied mentioning Joe or Hunter Biden. “Not once as God as my witness, not once was a Biden name—not the former vice president, not his son—ever mentioned,” Perry told the Christian Broadcasting Network.

On Wednesday night, Igor Fruman and Lev Parnas, “associates” of Giuliani’s, who reportedly had attempted to influence changes to the Naftogaz board, were arrested on conspiracy and campaign finance charges. The two men were picked up at Dulles International Airport where they were headed out of the country on one-way tickets to Vienna—where Giuliani was reportedly planning to travel tonight.

Remember when the president’s allies on Capitol Hill claimed that the president was just joking when he asked China to investigate Joe Biden and his son? Apparently Beijing didn’t interpret the request as such, per the Financial Times:

Michael Pillsbury, an informal White House adviser on China, told the Financial Times that he secured information about the business activities of Hunter Biden during a visit to Beijing in the same week Donald Trump urged China to probe the son of Joe Biden. “I got quite a bit of background on Hunter Biden from the Chinese,” Mr. Pillsbury told the FT in an email exchange on Wednesday that he later denied had occurred.

Still got nothing Florida man, just a bunch of misleading noise. And sad to say it works on about 50% of Americans/ misinformed voters.( or should I say propagandized voters). Any how, I totally understand why, dems got nothing to run on.

Even with the media slamming Trump night and day 24 seven he has a 47 percent approval rating. As where the last president had a 47 percent approval with the media praising him. Just imagine if the media wasn't bias, Trump would have 75% and Obama would have had 25%

God save the great land !!!!

Mountain climbers scale replica of Trump's border wall in under one minute: report
Several mountain climbers have reportedly scaled a wooden replica of President Trump's steel border wall that was built to disprove Trump's claims that a portion of the wall is "impossible to climb."

Rick Weber — a 75-year-old retired engineer, and active rock climber — built a replica of an 18-foot tall section of border wall in Kentucky earlier this month, inviting mountain climbers to compete to see who could climb it the fastest.

Weber said his proposed challenge was inspired by Trump's visit to a section of border wall in California last month, where he announced that 20 of the most skilled mountain climbers out there had been tasked with trying to scale the wall, but were unable to do so.

Some raised questions over Trump's claims of a climbing test, however, with award-winning climbers saying they "never heard of any climbers ever being recruited to try and climb a border wall." Weber too said he was skeptical of the climbing test, prompting him to create his climbing challenge.

Trump loses appeal to block House panel’s bid to subpoena his tax returns

President Trump lost an appeal Friday to block the US House of Representatives from subpoenaing his financial records.

In a 2-1 decision by the US Court of Appeals, judges rejected Trump’s bid to stop his longtime accounting firm Mazars LLP from having to hand over the documents, including tax returns.

Trump sues to block House Democrats' subpoena of his finances
The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Mazars in April — prompting a lawsuit from the president, who said the move had “no legislative purpose.”

“Contrary to the President’s arguments, the Committee possesses authority under both the House Rules and the Constitution to issue the subpoena, and Mazars must comply,” Judge David Tatel wrote.

He added, “We conclude that in issuing the challenged subpoena, the Committee was engaged in a ‘legitimate legislative investigation.'”

Friday’s ruling, which affirms a lower court’s decision, means Congress can seek eight years of Trump’s business records.

Trump makes at least 12 false claims at his longest rally
President Donald Trump held the longest campaign rally of his presidency on Thursday night, speaking for more than 101 minutes in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Trump made fewer demonstrably false claims than he often does when he gives speeches of great length. This time, he traded some of his inaccurate favorites for some dubious "sir" anecdotes that we can't definitively prove inaccurate.
But we've found at least 12 false claims, and we're not done checking yet. As we continue to pore over the transcript, here's an initial list:
Trump's phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky
Trump described the July call as "perfect," saying "everybody that looked at it" concurred. Given the major controversy over the phone call, it's very clearly not true that "everybody" agrees with this assessment. Trump might have been referring to some subset of his own aides or officials.

    Pelosi and the call
Trump claimed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was so surprised to learn that the call was so benign that she said, "What the hell? Nobody ever told me this was the call."
There is no evidence Pelosi said or thought any such thing. Her official statement said, among other things, "The release of the notes of the call by the White House confirms that the President engaged in behavior that undermines the integrity of our elections, the dignity of the office he holds and our national security. The President has tried to make lawlessness a virtue in America and now is exporting it abroad."
    The US presence in Syria
Advocating the withdrawal of American troops from Syria, Trump said, "We were supposed to be in Syria for 30 days." As we have pointed out in a previous fact check, there was never a specific time line for the US military presence in Syria, much less a time line of "30 days."

    ISIS prisoners in Syria
Trump said that, of the many ISIS fighters captured, "most of them came from Europe." James Jeffrey, Trump's special envoy to the anti-ISIS coalition, said August 1 that about 8,000 of 10,000 terrorist fighters who were then prisoners in northeastern Syria were Iraqi or Syrian nationals; there were "about 2,000 ISIS foreign fighters" from all other countries.

    Ammunition
Trump repeated his story about being told early in his presidency by a prominent general that "sir, we have no ammunition." We can't be sure what a general privately told Trump, and military leaders did report a shortage of certain precision-guided bombs around that time, but "no ammunition" is an obvious exaggeration, and one we have pointed out previously.

    Pre-existing conditions
Trump repeated his promise to "always protect patients with pre-existing conditions." This statement is undercut by his administration's own actions. Trump has repeatedly tried to weaken or eradicate Obamacare's protections for patients with pre-existing conditions, and he is currently supporting a Republican lawsuit that seeks to get the courts to void the entirety of Obamacare

    Veterans Choice
Trump claimed "we got Choice for the vets." This is a false claim we have factg-checked repeatedly, most recently here. The Veterans Choice program was signed into law by Obama in 2014.

    The 2016 election
Trump boasted about having beaten Hillary Clinton 306 electoral votes to "223." Clinton earned 232 electoral votes; Trump habitually says 223.

    The border wall
Trump said he's building his border wall "faster than anyone ever anticipated it could be built."
This is a false claim that we have fact checked repeatedly, most recently here.
According to an official update from Customs and Border Protection, zero new miles of barriers had been erected as of September 30 where barriers hadn't been existed before; 69 miles of barriers had been constructed in places where "dilapidated and outdated" barriers had existed before. That's a pace of about half a mile of replacement barrier per week if you start counting from the beginning of Trump's presidency.

    Democrats and the border
Trump called Democrats the party of "open borders." Even the most liberal of the Democratic presidential candidates do not support opening the borders to completely unrestricted migration.

    Democrats and the wall
Trump said,"Most of the Democrats, four years ago, they wanted a wall. Now all of a sudden they don't want a wall. You know why they don't want a wall? Because I want it."
Democrats endorsed border fencing as part of the failed 2013 "Gang of Eight" comprehensive immigration reform bill. That, however, was part of a compromise package in which undocumented immigrants would be given a path to citizenship -- so Democrats did not go from supporting a fence proposal in 2013 to opposing that same kind of proposal.
Also, as we have pointed out in previous fact checks, the fencing proposed in 2013 did not resemble the giant wall Trump campaigned on and touted at this rally.

    Democrats' environmental proposals
Trump called Democrats "crazy," saying, "They want to spend $99 trillion to redo buildings all over the United States."
There is no apparent basis for the "$99 trillion" figure. While the Democrats' Green New Deal proposal does call for "upgrading all existing buildings in the United States and building new buildings to achieve maximum energy efficiency," Democrats are not proposing to spend $100 trillion on these upgrades.
As mentioned in a previous fact check, Trump may have been referring to a $93 trillion figure from a conservative organization, the American Action Forum, but that is a highly imprecise estimate for the entire Green New Deal; the organization estimated it would cost $1.6 trillion to $4.2 trillion to make all housing units environmentally friendly.

Love the Hypocrisy of the democratic party!!

After doing a little digging, it has been brought to light that Three democratic senators - Sens. Robert Menendez (N.J.), Dick Durbin (Ill.) and Patrick Leahy (Vt.), sent a letter to Ukraine asserting that if the Ukrainian Gov't. didn't re-open certain investigations (that had since been closed/ thrown out/ deemed not important), then they would refuse to hand over aid to Ukraine. The "investigations" (or muckraking) in question are for Manafort and Trump and certain associates. They wanted damaging information in exchange for the Aid to Ukraine. Doing the SAME thing they're accusing President Trump of (though much more blatantly), and no one says a damn thing about it!!??

Did you actually read this letter? If you had you would have noticed that there are no threats from the senators about aid.
They were concerned that Ukraine had decided to stop cooperating with the Mueller investigation because of fears that trump would withold aid if they did.
FACTS are important. So, no sucking required.
