I'm thinking that since donny has the mental capacity and attention span of a 5yo, BSM2 is suggesting an anyone with the mental capacity and attention span of an adult would fit just fine.

I'm not suggesting they run it. Geez, everything government touches turns to crap. I'm just saying they should invest in companies developing this technology.
Carbon capture does what it says. Removes carbon from the atmosphere. Done on a large enough scale it seems like it could definitely lower the amount of carbon and thus reducing the greenhouse effect a little.
I realise carbon isn't the only greenhouse gas, but you gotta start somewhere.

Sorry, but do you remember Solyndra,Bright Source and scores of others that our government invested in and the companies failed or went bankrupt. . So tell me again, given their track record of failures , why we should allow the Federal Gov't to invest and waste our tax dollars ?
