    Re: Anyone APAP/CPAP?

Hans I have an account here in the USA that all they do is sell CPAP equipment. I'm sure they could ship to Europe. I could put you in touch with them. PM me. I could call them ahead of time and make sure they take care of you with information & price.

Hey allan, I see i'm not the only one who doesn't sleep good. Funny I remember Quaaludes back in the 1970's. We would take them before going out to clubs. Wouldn't have to spend anything on drinks because the "ludes" would have us so high already I even had a gold quaalude charm on a chain, "Lemmon 714"

As for your sleeping I've had some success with melatonin. All natural.

Mrs. Cat prefers, and uses for herself the Phillips Respironics Dreamstation. She says that they are more user friendly.

Felines are known to perforate the tubing ... not sure why. Who can explain what they're thinking anyway? Black tape works nicely to stop the leaks.

From the viewpoint of the person sleeping a few feet away, I'd suggest trying out several different masks to find the one that fits the best and stays in position. When the mask slips, an observer might hear motorboats all night. Just saying ...

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks very much for your input guys and my regards to Mrs. Cat.

Just found out that my medical insurance covers as long as necessary (rest of my miserable life?) the yearly lease of a unit complete with the mask and eventually "spare parts"
OK, I'm paying them enough already every month so that's fair.

There's a bit of a learning curve. When you first start it up you'll get the impression that you can't breath ... you can, but it's a bit different, and you can't talk very well with it on. Mrs. Cat suggests trying it out while awake, perhaps watching TV, to get used to the sensations and to get used to breathing with the machine, not against the machine. You'll see.

The felines have learned that when you stand on the power button the machine powers OFF, and Mrs. Cat wakes up very angry ... every time. And no, it's not always time to eat. =^..^=
