An upgrade from the 2016 Fusion to any kind of a van would be really welcome. I've got about 1/2 of that. The limiter being the roof of the car. And no room for anything Kyocera. A single PM kit displaces 2/3 of my carstock.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Spare tire and jack. Stopped carrying parts years ago when I started my business.

I use a different approach and has worked out fine for my small biz, for instance I have 2 tupperware bins with "4" series "high mortality parts", maintenance items, consumables, etc. I put those 2 bins in the van the morning when going on 4 series model (which most of my accounts are). I guess I could leave in van but I just have to take out anyway when delivering machines, etc.

If an oddball machine I'll order what I need and return with just that part and install it.

I stock more consumables than parts.

We carry our tool case, when scheduling in the morning, all calls are figured out before going on the road, take only what is needed or what might be needed. generally 6-8 call's daily, nothing more than 30 miles away, can easily come back to shop and get anything else that is needed( If picking up an other call) nothing like it used to be, 30+ years ago, full stock, PM kits, rollers, some pwb's, and take inventory at end of week. Went on my own 31 years ago, you change procedures, ways of doing thing's. Do the KISS rule.

This is an older Focus Wagon. I can fit several totes and a miscellaneous parts in the hatch alone. I tend to keep my backseats clear because I occasionally need to pick up my kids. I also use that space for bigger boxes, PM kits, etc.

This will look crazy to Konica, Kyocera, Xerox techs but I work on Sharp.

Any given service call could need 4 drums, 4 mks, fuser web, rollers.

Also my job stresses fewest number of "return calls" as possible and they pay generous bonus if we complete call 1st time out.

Personally, I focus on Konica Minolta production, Wide format Kip-Canon-HP.

When I'm not doing that: Toshiba, Konica Minolta segment 5 and lower, Kyocera, Lexmark ... and anything else that noone is trained on.

    It's usually manageable. =^..^=
