    Used PLA.
    PETG will work just fine.
Will add one with thicker walls as well. Its 1.5mm currently but should be fine, will add a part with 2mm walls.
    Whatever

I'm not too keen on using PET-G as I've had it fracture across print layers!!! PLA on the other hand seems to have very good structural integrity!!!3D printed copier/printer parts.3D printed copier/printer parts.

Ok added a stronger version. PETG would be my choice but don't have any.
    3 Months with no income...
PETG likes lower layer height and around 250 deg C for nozzle temp.
    Whatever

Interesting!!! I've printed at 0.16 layer height & 235°C seemed to flow quite well!!! Only odd thing is when stressed, it would crack across print layers!!!3D printed copier/printer parts. ...235°C is my target temperature for printing PLA!!!....I get Excellent results!!!

Make sure your bed temp is at 70 deg C. The PETG parts should be much stronger than PLA without the degrading properties under sunlight and water.
For PLA 200 to 220 for nozzle temp should be good otherwise the retraction will not keep up to avoid stringing.
    Whatever

I've been printing on glass with hairspray...65°C so far works for PLA. Hotend @235°C with the PLA seems to flow really well!!! No popping or sizzling...just a really smooth flow!!! Probably best since it is not a direct drive and uses a Bowden tube...smoother flow with slightly higher temperature allows for better pressure release on retraction!!!3D printed copier/printer parts.3D printed copier/printer parts....for bridging I do 100% fan & slight underextrusion to reduce sagging.

Another vacuum nozzle. Keep on loosing them...
Had a fun lime modeling with lofts. Look 5min in Fusion360!
Form a circle to an ellipse to a rectangle. Plenty strong.
    Black PLA would be best.

Used a 12mm OD pneumatic air pipe for the extended bit. Its not grounded!
There are two STL files one with vents and one without. I blocked them by hand anyway so the one i printed does not have them.

Ok so the first print did not have vent holes at the base and the 12mm pipe works well but could be a bit tight.
The vacuum over heated and cut out after 5min .
Print the .stl file with vents.
    Whatever

Possibly make a snap on rotatable sleeve with holes so you can adjust the suction???3D printed copier/printer parts.

Yea not a bad idea. Should be able to print-in-place.
