Holy crap, there is a lot to unpack here. But I will do my best.
1. No it isn't relative to anyone except the one threatened by someone else demanding not to be in constant fear of being killed because they were speeding, maybe were walking down the wrong street, simply jogging in a park, wearing a hoodie etc, etc.

You can defend inhumanity all you want, it still doesn't make it right. If it makes you feel better, fine.
I hold police officers to a higher standard than you do I guess. Serve and protect, not maim and kill.
