    Sodomy law

A sodomy law is a law that defines certain sexual acts as crimes. The precise sexual acts meant by the term sodomy are rarely spelled out in the law, but are typically understood by courts to include any sexual act deemed to be unnatural or immoral.[1] Sodomy typically includes anal sex, oral sex, and bestiality.[2][3][4] In practice, sodomy laws have rarely been enforced against heterosexual couples, and have mostly been used to target homosexual couples.[5]
As of July 2020, 68 countries as well as five sub-national jurisdictions[a] have laws criminalizing homosexuality.[6] In 2006 that number was 92.[7][8] Among these 68 countries, 43 criminalize not only male homosexuality but also female homosexuality. In 11 of them, homosexuality is punished with the death penalty.[6]

In 2011, the United Nations Human Rights Council passed an LGBT rights resolution, which was followed up by a report published by the UN Human Rights Commissioner which included scrutiny of the mentioned codes.

So Copier Addict seems you are safe from jail time for screwing your Tranny lover!

    Canada

Main article: LGBT rights in Canada
Before 1859, the Province of Canada prosecuted sodomy under the English Buggery Act. In 1859, the Province of Canada enacted its own buggery law in the Consolidated Statutes of Canada as an offence punishable by death. Buggery remained punishable by death until 1869. A broader law targeting all homosexual male sexual activity ("gross indecency") was passed in 1892, as part of a larger update to the criminal law of the new dominion of Canada.[29] Changes to the Criminal Code in 1948 and 1961 were used to brand gay men as "criminal sexual psychopaths" and "dangerous sexual offenders." These labels provided for indeterminate prison sentences. Most famously, George Klippert, a homosexual, was labelled a dangerous sexual offender and sentenced to life in prison, a sentence confirmed by the Supreme Court of Canada in 1967.[30] He was released in 1971.
Sodomy was decriminalized after the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1968-69 (Bill C-150) received royal assent on 27 June 1969. The offences of buggery and "gross indecency" were still in force, however the new act introduced exemptions for married couples, and any two consenting adults above the age of 21 regardless of gender or sexual orientation. The bill had been originally introduced in the House of Commons in 1967 by then Minister of Justice Pierre Trudeau,[31] who famously stated that "there's no place for the state in the bedrooms of the nation".[32]
Revisions to the Criminal Code in 1987 repealed the offence of "gross indecency", changed "buggery" to "anal intercourse" and reduced the age exemption from 21 to 18.[33] Section 159 of the Criminal Code continued to criminalize anal sex in general, with exemptions (provided no more than two people are present) for husbands and wives, and two consenting parties above the age of 18.[34]
Subsequent case law held that section 159 was unconstitutional, thus anal sex was de facto legal between any two or more consenting persons above the age of consent (14). In the 1995 Court of Appeal for Ontario case R. v. M. (C.) the judges ruled that the law was unconstitutional on the basis that the specific exemptions based on marital status and age infringed on the equality rights guaranteed by section 15 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and constituted discrimination based on sexual orientation.[35] A similar decision was made by the Quebec Court of Appeal in the 1998 case R. v. Roy.[36] In a 2002 decision regarding a case in which three people were engaged in sexual intercourse, the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta declared section 159 in its entirety to be null, including the provisions criminalizing the act when more than two persons are taking part or present.[37]
NDP MP Joe Comartin introduced private member's bills in 2007 and 2011 to repeal section 159 of the Criminal Code, however neither passed first reading.[38][39]
In June 2019, C-75 passed both houses of the Parliament of Canada and received royal assent, repealing section 159 effective immediately and making the age of consent equal at 16 for all individuals.[40]
Thanks Phil, but you will have to look somewhere else to quench your gender curiosity. There have to be places in NC where you can find like minded people. I'm understanding more why you hate women. Maybe you should talk to someone about your curiosity. I wish you the best.

I guess now she's a FISH whisperer!? This chick is completely NUTS!

Greta Thunberg: You Kill Fish! ‘What About Their Thoughts and Feelings?’

Teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg has reemerged into the public view with a series of new, viral videos chiding Americans that they must profoundly alter virtually every aspect of their lives, or the world will run out of resources before turning into a scorched wasteland. They must also change the food they eat because, after all, it has feelings, too.
Thunberg made global headlines when she delivered a bitter indictment of global leaders at the United Nations in September 2019. “All you can talk about is money and fairytales of eternal economic growth,” she said. “How dare you!”

The Swedish climate change activist has brought her pessimistic message back to the internet for NowThis News.
“Let’s face it, if we don’t change, we’re f***ed,” she says in a new video, which has garnered more than 117,000 views as of this writing.
We can’t fact-check her sense of existential doom, but we can examine a few of her statements.

To be honest she's FUCKED in the cranium!
Thunberg tied several contemporary social crises into her apocalyptic view of climate change, including the spread of disease, the possible starvation of the human race, and the mass slaughter of what she apparently views as thoughtful and emotional fish. “What they all come down to is the way we treat nature,” she said, because we ignore the fact that “we are part of nature.”
Thunberg said that deforestation speeds the spread of diseases from animals to humans. “Millions have died from COVID-19, Zika, Ebola, Swine Flu, Mad Cow Disease, West Nile Fever, COVID-19, SARS, MERS, [and] HIV-AIDS. Up to 75% of all new diseases come from other animals,” she said.
She also virtually equated the death of lower lifeforms with that of humans. “Every year we kill more than 60 billion animals, excluding fish, whose numbers are so great that we only measure their lives by weight. What about their thoughts and feelings?” she asked.
Thunberg sounded a more familiar argument when she argued that the prosperous lifestyle of the West will soon cause the entire world to run out of resources. She pinpointed the consumption of meat as a source of carbon dioxide emissions, as well as a huge use of land.
“If we continue, we will run out of land and food,” she said. “If we change toward a plant-based diet, we could save up to 8 billion tons of CO2 every single year. We could feed ourselves on much less land, and nature could recover.”

IF things don’t change, we are f*cked’ — In her new video, @GretaThunberg lays out how we can connect the dots between the climate, ecological, and health crises
The most easily verifiable claim we can check is a common one: that higher levels of prosperity mean the world will run out of resources, in this case, food and farmland. The extreme environmentalist movement, especially its population control wing, has made the same, baseless argument for decades. Population control guru Paul Ehrlich wrote in 1970 that overpopulation will “completely outstrip whatever small increases in food supplies we make” — which would trigger a “great die-off,” where 65 million Americans will starve to death in the 1980s together with 4 billion people around the world.
Obviously, that didn’t happen. Ehrlich made a common mistake: He ignored the fact that technological progress lets the world sustain life more effectively with fewer resources.
The world is not running out of farmland, because advances in productivity have made it possible to grow more food on less land. People globally consume more calories, pay less for food, and use less land for cultivating food than in decades past. “Between 1961 and 2014, global cereal yields per unit of land increased by 154%,” according to the invaluable website HumanProgress.org. Erosion fell by 43% between 1982 and 2007.
But what about meat? The same process is at work for every kind of livestock, which have gotten larger over the decades without taking up more space. Cows, chickens, and pigs produced 150-169% more meat per carcass in 2018 than in 1961. And this trend will continue.
We’re in no danger of running out of meat. Over the next 10 years, the global supply of meat will outpace global demand by 15 million tons (megatons, or “Mt” for short), driving down real prices. Demand for meat will increase to 350 million tons (or megatons, “Mt”), while the supply will increase to 365 Mt, according to an estimate from the OECD.
It’s true that, if we made no technological progress, the world could not live on the same kind of diet as the average American does today. Greta’s beef with beef is a red herring, because most global demand is for chicken and pork, which takes less land. And it’s not clear that the current American diet is healthy for Americans, either.
Her claim of animal-to-human disease transfer rests on better ground. “At least 61% of all human pathogens are zoonotic, and have represented 75% of all emerging pathogens during the past decade,” according to the World Health Organization. But it doesn’t help Thunberg’s case to raise this just as public authorities are finally beginning to investigate the possibility that COVID-19 originated inside a lab like the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
The weak link is the idea that human beings are simply another part of nature, so the “thoughts and feelings” of fish are equal to those of your relatives. Scientists have not established definitively that fish possess intelligence or emotions comparable to humans. Some researchers like biologist Victoria Braithwaite of Penn State University have claimed to find evidence that fish feel pain, have thoughts, or have some form of rudimentary emotions. Others, like Brian Key of Australia’s University of Queensland, have concluded, “While mammals and birds possess the prerequisite neural architecture for phenomenal consciousness, it is concluded that fish lack these essential characteristics and hence do not feel pain,” much less do they experience higher emotions.
Most importantly, Western civilization built itself upon the notion that human beings possess special, innate human dignity that sets us apart from the rest of creation. The Judeo-Christian tradition, harkening back to the Bible, finds this in the creation of all humanity in the image of God (imago Dei) and the commandment to “replenish the earth and subdue it” (Genesis 1:28).
    What’s the bottom line?
Greta Thunberg stretches the truth at times, bends or breaks it at others, and downgrades the unique place of human beings in creation. Her overblown claims might provoke greater cases of “eco-anxiety,” but they don’t point the way to a brighter or more sustainable future.

WATCH: Kamala Harris Grilled At International Press Conference On Why She Has Not Gone To Border

Vice President Kamala Harris suggested during an international press conference in Guatemala on Monday that she will not visit the U.S.-Mexico border to see the Biden administration’s border crisis because doing so is a “grand gesture.”
“And then one more just because we’re going to Mexico tomorrow, Madam Vice President, there have been questions about why you and President Biden have yet to visit the border, the U.S. southern border and I’m wondering if you can answer some of those,” a reporter said to Harris at the press conference. “Republicans have charged that you’re not taking the situation there seriously.”

“So how do you respond to that criticism?” the reporter asked. “And when will that visit come?”

“On the issue of Republican’s political attacks, or criticism, or even concerns, the reason I’m here in Guatemala as my first trip as vice president of the United States, is because this is one of our highest priorities,” Harris claimed. “And I came here to be here on the ground, to speak with the leader of this nation, around what we can do in a way that is significant, is tangible, and has real results. And I will continue to be focused on that kind of work as opposed to grand gestures.”

Kamala Harris admits that being “on the ground” shows priorities...while saying she won’t visit the US border.

Harris, who was tasked by President Biden to be his point person on the border crisis, has been criticized by Republicans for going 75 days without visiting the U.S. border with Mexico. The White House claimed that her mandate is to try and solve the border crisis at its root cause, and a visit to the border would do little to achieve that.
Harris’ detractors say her decision not to visit the border is a calculated one. If the situation does not improve and she comes up short on her highest-profile task, that would not bode well for her political future. But if she fails to score a diplomatic victory, the administration can easily place blame on another country.
April was the second-busiest month on record for unaccompanied children encountered at the border, which followed March’s all-time high.
RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel slammed Harris in a tweet earlier in the day, writing: “It’s been 75 days since Kamala Harris was named border czar. There’s been no press conference, no visit to the border, and the crisis is worse than ever.”
Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) also slammed Harris over the issue on Monday, writing: “The Biden-Harris open border policies have created the worst humanitarian & national security crisis our border has seen in decades. After traveling to our Southern Border twice this year alone, I have witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of the Biden-Harris Border Crisis.”
Mississippi Republican Governor Tate Reeves also called out Harris on the matter, writing: “. @POTUS policy shift led to #BidenBorderCrisis. 75 days ago @VP Kamala Harris was put in charge to fix it. Where is she today? Guatemala. A trip to a foreign land but ZERO visits to our southern border! Hard to fix anything when her priorities are not America’s priorities!”

Hunter Biden Was Hired by Romanian Businessman to Overturn Bribery Conviction Using Propaganda Campaign

Hunter Biden was once hired by a Romanian real estate magnate who was later convicted of bribery.
The U.K. Daily Mail broke the news on Monday and detailed how the real estate magnate, Gabriel Popoviciu, had bribed a university administrator to buy a 550-acre plot of government-owned land at a greatly reduced price in 2016.
“Hunter Biden and a former FBI director were hired by a Romanian tycoon later convicted of bribery — and represented him in meetings with top U.S. officials — emails from Hunter’s laptop show,” the outlet reported.
The younger Biden was expected to use his influence to persuade prosecutors to drop the case.

Hunter Biden’s laptop reportedly proved to contain evidence of emails showing him using his extensive U.S. government connections to help the criminal magnate. All of these meetings occurred while Joe Biden was in the White House.
Among the emails were sent from Louis Freeh, the former director of the FBI, to use his U.S. law agency contacts to help Popoviciu.

Hunter Biden and his cohorts also talked about doing a media campaign to spin their client in a better light. Among the publications they considered was The Wall Street Journal.
Popoviciu’s name first appeared in Hunter Biden’s emails in September 2015.

“Firm partner Chris Boies wrote to Hunter and his business partner Devon Archer with the subject line ‘Popoviciu’, and the message: ‘Let’s discuss when convenient… One of my partners is best friends with the newly appointed Ambassador to Romania,'” the Daily Mail reported.
The next time Hunter Biden heard from Popoviciu was in May 2016, when he was about to be convicted of bribery in Romania.
Upon hearing this, Hunter Biden and his colleagues sprung into action and reached out to Hans Klemm, then the U.S. ambassador to Romania, for help in seeking an acquittal.
“I have reached out to Klemm and asked him to help us broker the meeting [with Romanian anti-corruption officials],” lawyer Michael Gottlieb wrote to Hunter Biden in May 2016.

“We should put together a persuasive deck with all the procedural and substantive defects in the indictment / case against Gabs,” the email continued, “and we should also probably put together the start of what would be a press strategy. And we’ll want to line up the big names to bring over.’”
An anonymous source who was on Popoviciu’s legal team said they never went through with the actions that Hunter Biden and his colleagues had planned.

“They were talking about us doing a report and then ‘going to the WSJ.’ I said this would most likely just inflame the prosecutor and make things worse for the client,” Freeh wrote in an email.
“We suggested doing a ‘report’ (perhaps being retained by a business partner or investor (client owns a $.5B real estate development in Bucharest), and then using that report to establish a dialogue with the prosecutor-resulting in some possible deal or remediated outcome.”
No positive articles on Popoviciu appeared in The Wall Street Journal during that time.
