In a Thursday interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity, President Donald Trump said he didn't believe presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden could pass a cognitive test.Biden's age and mental acuity have come under criticism by some who believe he may be too old to handle the pressure of running the country. Biden is 77 years old, only three years older than Trump. If Biden emerges victorious in the 2020 election, then he will be the oldest person to be elected as U.S. President in the nation's history.​

The Democrat leadership are well aware the Joe Biden will be unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office of POTUS. They also know that they already have a solution. Amendment 25 of the US Constitution. Remember when there was discussion of the possibility of using it to remove President Trump. Oe of them must have read the Amendment and discovered that there are only 2 people who can declare a sitting President unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Those 2 people are the President himself and the sitting Vice President.

The Democrat Party leadership, not Joe Biden, will pick who will be the VP nomination.
