-=IF=- they have nothing to hide, then why obstruct the investigation? BECAUSE they know they are doing something wrong!

Dominion, Maricopa County Rebuff Arizona Senate’s Attempt to Get Election Machine Passwords

Dominion Voting Systems and Maricopa County officials are refusing to hand over passwords for election machines to auditors in Arizona.
Dominion said in a statement to news outlets on Thursday that it would comply with the audit, but Cyber Ninjas, the firm hired by the Arizona Senate to conduct it along with three other companies, is not accredited by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.

“Releasing Dominion’s intellectual property to an unaccredited, biased, and plainly unreliable actor such as Cyber Ninjas would be reckless, causing irreparable damage to the commercial interests of the company and the election security interests of the country,” Dominion said. “No company should be compelled to participate in such an irresponsible act.”
Cyber Ninjas did not respond to a request for comment.
Maricopa County officials previously said that they did not have passwords to access administrative functions on Dominion Voting Systems machines that were used to scan ballots during the election, according to the Senate’s audit liaison, former Republican Secretary of State Ken Bennett.

“They’ve told us that they don’t have that second password, or that they’ve given us all the passwords they have,” Bennett told One America News at the site of the audit in Phoenix last week.

The county is also withholding routers from auditors, claiming security concerns.
Both routers or router images and access to election machines were part of the materials the state Senate subpoenaed late last year. A judge in February ruled that the subpoenas were valid and should be obeyed.
Arizona Senate President Karen Fann, a Republican, recently threatened to subpoena county officials if they didn’t stop their noncompliance with the subpoenas, but backed off the threat in a letter on May 12.
Instead, she asked Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jack Sellers, also a Republican, to cooperate voluntarily by attending an upcoming meeting at the state Capitol to go over the audit issues.
Fann said auditors have found discrepancies in the ballot count, including one batch that was supposed to be 200 but only numbered 165. She also said the audit teams found an entire database directory from an election machine had been deleted, and that the main database for the election management system software was not located anywhere on the machine, suggesting that the main database for all data related to the 2020 election had been removed. Sellers on Thursday indicated he would not attend the meeting and disputed the allegations.

Deleting files off the server “would be a crime—and it is not true,” he said.
“After reviewing the letter with County election and IT experts, I can say that the allegations are false and ill-informed. Moreover, the claim that our employees deleted election files and destroyed evidence is outrageous, completely baseless, and beneath the dignity of the Arizona Senate,” he added, calling for an immediate retraction of statements senators and their liaison team made on social media and to the press.
The Board of Supervisors, which held a closed-door emergency meeting on Friday, plans on holding a public meeting on Monday to address the matter.
Fann, an Arizona Senate Republican Caucus spokeswoman, and the liaison team did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Auditors, meanwhile, began packing up on Thursday evening because the audit will take a break due to scheduling conflicts.
The audit has been taking place at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum on the state fairgrounds in Phoenix. High school graduations are scheduled to take place at the building beginning May 15.
Hand counting stopped at 7 p.m. on Thursday and workers began collapsing tables and preparing to move ballots to another location.
About 500,000 of the nearly 2.1 million ballots cast in Maricopa County in the 2020 election have been counted in the audit, according to Bennett.
The Arizona Senate signed an extension to their original agreement that allows auditors to store materials in the Wesley Bolin Building, which is also on the state fairgrounds, from May 12 to May 23.
The approximately 19,000-square foot building has a large open floor plan and two large roll-up doors, according to the Arizona State Fair website.

“Due to temperatures during the summer months, this building is not recommended for use between May through September,” the site states.
Bennett told The Epoch Times in a previous interview that the materials will be secure and that the site at which they’ll be stored can be tracked online via 24-hour streaming, just like the audit itself.
“There’s no deadline for the audit,” Bennett said. “The goal is not speed; the goal is accuracy and completeness.”
The audit teams can resume occupancy of the coliseum on May 23 and use it until June 30, according to a copy of the extended agreement obtained by The Epoch Times.
The original scope of work document from Cyber Ninjas said reviewing voter registration and votes case would take approximately 20 days and that work would be conducted remotely. The vote counting phase would take about 20 more days, it said, while the electronic voting system phase would take some 35 days.

But all three of those phases could be carried out simultaneously, according to the firm. An additional week was said to be required after completing everything else to finalize reporting.
The audit started on April 23.

Joe Biden is cracking under pressure as he watches the USA go to total shit

New York Times: Joe Biden Has Short Temper; Outbursts of Profanity

President Joe Biden has a short temper and sometimes unloads outbursts of profanity on his aides, the New York Times reported Friday.

The report notes Biden holds lengthy deliberation meetings and demands obsessive details from his advisors. When advisors get too technical or obscure about an issue, Biden responds with “an outburst of frustration, often laced with profanity.”

“On policy issues, Mr. Biden, 78, takes days or weeks to make up his mind as he examines and second-guesses himself and others,” the Times report continues.

The report also reveals Biden will hang up the phone on people who he feels are wasting his time.

The president leans heavily on his inner circle for governing — chief of staff Ron Klain, deputy chief of staff Bruce Reed, senior adviser Mike Donilon, and Counselor to the President Steve Ricchetti.

Biden stalls and deliberates intently on issues such as his tone toward Vladimir Putin, the report noted, appointing ambassadors, and his recent flip-flop on refugee caps.

Other details in the Times story include Biden’s love of pasta with red sauce, vanilla chocolate chip ice cream, and Special K cereal. His drink of choice? Orange Gatorade. Biden also “eschews alcohol,” according to the report that adds First Lady Jill Biden is considered a connoisseur of wines.

Cybercriminal Group Blamed for Colonial Pipeline Hack Says It Is Disbanding

The cybercriminal outfit that U.S. authorities have said infiltrated the network of a major pipeline operator, leading to gas shortages and rising prices, is claiming that it is disbanding.
DarkSide, which operates ransomware as a service, announced Thursday they were stopping operations.

In an announcement in Russian, the group said they lost access to part of its infrastructure, along with some of their financial assets, after an apparent raid by law enforcement authorities.
Affiliates that use DarkSide’s ransomware were told they will be given tools so victims can regain access to data that attackers held hostage in return for payment.
“In view of the above and due to the pressure from the US, the affiliate program is closed. Stay safe and good luck. The landing page, servers, and other resources will be taken down within 48 hours,” the announcement read, according to a translation by Intel 471, a group of intelligence operators.
The attack on Colonial Pipeline earlier this month prompted the Georgia-based company to shut down certain parts of its network. That led to a major U.S. pipeline going offline, which in turn led directly and indirectly to gas shortages and rising prices at the pump.

BUT Biden wants to play nice with the Russians? This fuck is going to ruin America he lost what little brain he EVER had! Hey Joe RUSSIA is our enemy, just like China - Iran and NoKo!

Reports suggested Colonial paid millions of dollars to get a tool to regain access to system parts the hackers invaded, but the company has declined to confirm that publicly, as has the U.S. government.
The FBI this week said the DarkSide ring was responsible for the compromise of Colonial networks. DarkSide appeared to acknowledge that much in an earlier statement, saying they are apolitical with the goal of making money and not creating problems for society.
“From today we introduce moderation and check each company that our partners want to encrypt to avoid social consequences in the future,” it said.

DarkSide utilizes a highly targeted approach to attacking victims by using custom ransomware and a corporate-like method of communication throughout their attacks, according to Digital Shadows, a cybersecurity firm. Last year, the company said it did not attack companies in certain sectors, like education.
Security researchers expressed skepticism of DarkSide’s new announcement.

Robert Lee, co-founder and CEO of Dragos, said on Twitter that the move “is almost certainly a rebranding attempt to avoid the heat.”
DarkSide and another ransomware group, Babuk, which said it was shifting operations on Thursday after taking credit for obtaining and leaking information from Washington’s police department, took the actions in reaction to “the high-profile ransomware attacks covered by the media this week,” Intel 471 said.
“However, a strong caveat should be applied to these developments: it’s likely that these ransomware operators are trying to retreat from the spotlight more than suddenly discovering the error of their ways. A number of the operators will most likely operate in their own closed-knit groups, resurfacing under new names and updated ransomware variants,” it added.
President Joe Biden told reporters earlier Thursday that the U.S. government has “strong reason” to believe the Colonial hackers were based in Russia but were not backed by the Russian government.

“We have been in direct communication with Moscow about the imperative for responsible countries to take decisive action against these ransomware networks,” he said. “We’re also going to pursue a measure to disrupt their ability to operate. And our Justice Department has launched a new task force dedicated to prosecuting ransomware hackers to the full extent of the law.”
An international task force that included officials from Microsoft, Amazon, New York state, and the U.S. government, said in a report sent to the Biden administration last month that the United States should “execute a sustained, aggressive, whole of government, intelligence-driven anti-ransomware campaign, coordinated by the White House.”

She's not winning friends even with her " own people " and she says she's eyeing a POTUS run in the future? Snowballs chance in hell if you ask me... people are getting sick of these fake liberals.

Black Leaders Say Abrams Speaks for White Liberals, Say She Implied Black People Are Too Stupid to Get an ID

Political activist Stacey Abrams claims that her main goal is to amplify the voices of black Americans. One group of black leaders in Georgia have made it clear that Abrams is not representing what they believe.
According to Breitbart, the Black Americans for a Better Future Education Fund and the Georgia Black Republican Council co-hosted an event Tuesday in which they called out Abrams’ role in convincing Major League Baseball to remove this year’s All-Star Game out of Atlanta.
“It’s been estimated that Cobb County will lose north of $100 million in revenue and economic activity as a result of baseball’s unilateral decision to relocate the game,” Black Americans for a Better Future Education Fund founder and chairman Raynard Jackson said.
“We want to put a human face on this issue today. These are not just mere statistics and economic data that Cobb County put out.”

    https://youtu.be/3kXK5omyIpg

Jackson specifically called out Abrams by name for what he says is a dishonest effort to oppose Georgia’s voting laws.
“You have one person, by the name of Stacey Abrams, who lied,” Jackson said. “She got Major League Baseball to relocate the game. She got corporations like Delta Airlines, Coca-Cola, to come out against the Georgia Integrity Act.”

As The Western Journal has extensively reported, the new voting laws in Georgia do not make it harder for black Americans to vote. The real harm done to black Georgians was by people like Abrams — those who played a role in moving revenue-increasing events out of the state.
“Stacey Abrams doesn’t speak for the black community,” Jackson said in a separate statement, according to Breitbart. “She speaks for the white liberals who bankroll her political ambitions.

“Stacey Abrams doesn’t actually care about making it easier for Black people to vote, she only cares about making it easier for Democrats to vote.”
One of the main provisions in the new laws was a requirement for voters to show a photo ID when submitting an absentee ballot.
In an interview Sunday on “State of the Union,” according to The Hill, said the Georgia law meant voters “are being forced to go through unnecessary hurdles to prove their bona fides.”

Lisa Babbage of the Georgia Black Republican Council, said Abrams’ indication that this requirement would somehow disenfranchise black voters is “insulting.”
“Black people aren’t stupid, but Stacey Abrams treats us like we are when she suggests that we aren’t even capable of obtaining a photo ID,” she said, according to Breitbart.

This goes along with a theme that many on the right have pointed out. In a supposed attempt to curb racism, the left sets the bar so low for Black Americans that it becomes racist in and of itself.
In a 2000 campaign speech, then-Republican presidential candidate George W. Bush spoke of the “soft bigotry of low expectations,” as The Washington Post reported at the time. In a syndicated opinion article, political commentator Ben Shapiro said that a more appropriate phrase would be “the bigotry of no expectations.”

In the article, Shapiro is discussing another area where this phenomenon has reared its ugly head: The recent racially tinged riots across the country.
“CNN’s Miguel Marquez told ‘Reliable Sources’ host Brian Stelter that Black Lives Matter protesters had pelted CNN journalists with ‘whatever they could find’ but that it wasn’t their fault — after all, the system had generated such anger,” Shapiro said.
Steve Krakauer posted a clip from that conversation on his Twitter account.
“I cannot blame them for being angry,” Marquez said. “You know, a lot of people are very angry, suspicious of the press, the corporate media. All of those things come into it at these places.”
He concluded that his It is not difficult to see how black Americans could rightly be offended by the implications that they are too stupid to get an ID or that they cannot be expected to display basic human decency.
crew members, who were doing their job by covering the news, was simply “in the wrong place at the wrong time.”

These are racist ideas that help widen the racial gap in America, and yet they are pushed by Abrams and the establishment media alike.
“Frankly, it’s insulting that corporate leaders were so willing to go along with her narrative of Black helplessness, and it’s patronizing that they thought they were advancing the interest of black voters by opposing this common-sense effort to ensure free and fair elections for all Georgians,” Babbage said, according to Breitbart.
If the left truly cared about black Americans, they would not be destroying their businesses under the guise of opposing a bill that is not even racist. The actions of many Democrats have shown that they only care about black Americans’ votes, not their well-being.

Another power grab by the 'governor' of NY. These governors have too much power over their employers.. they need to be "set back a few notches".

Gov. Cuomo declares New York is not ready to follow the science and implement the new CDC mask guidelines

Americans celebrated the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's new mask guidelines announcement Thursday that said vaccinated people can return to life without masks.
In a Thursday afternoon declaration, the CDC deigned to allow fully vaccinated Americans to return to mask-less, non-socially distanced life.
"Anyone who is fully vaccinated can participate in indoor and outdoor activities, large or small, without wearing a mask or physical distancing," CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said. "If you are fully vaccinated, you can start doing the things that you had stopped doing because of the pandemic. We have all longed for this moment, when we can get back to some sense of normalcy."
But Gov. Cuomo wasn't sold on the federal government's science experts' recommendation, the New York Post reported, and had not decided if he would allow his subjects to enjoy normal life.
In a statement issued shortly after the agency's announcement, Cuomo said he and his state government, including Health Commissioner Howard Zucker, would be following "the facts and the science" and would be reviewing the CDC guidelines.

"In New York, we have always relied on the facts and the science to guide us throughout the worst of this pandemic and in our successful reopening," Cuomo said. "We have received the newly revised guidance from the CDC regarding mask wearing and social distancing for those with vaccinations and are reviewing them in consultation with Dr. Zucker and our partners and health experts in surrounding states."
Current New York rules state that fully vaccinated people can go without masks when they are outdoors — except when in crowded areas — but must remained mask indoors, no matter what.

One New York Republican lawmaker, however, was quick to note that Cuomo's record with nursing home COVID-19 deaths should lead people to listen to the CDC instead of the state's leadership.
State Sen. Jim Tedisco (R) said that "our best bet as constituents is to always follow the CDC because we've seen what the 'experts' in New York state have provided," the Post reported.
"I don't think anything this governor says about using experts in New York state is true," Tedisco added. "He's working with people who are basically like working with Moe, Larry and Curly. I'd follow the CDC guidelines any time before following what the governor says."
