I guess our Communist Canadian members are forgetting that under Trudeau Canada paid in full in advance for vaccines that were never delivered in a timely manner. He should have held full payment until after delivery like most countries did.

Notice the the last few words and tell me that there has EVER been a true communist country.

According to wikipedia Communism is a specific, yet distinct, form of socialism. Communists agree on the withering away of the state but disagree on the means to this end.
