Loved the small dealership KMDPS only 8 people took care of 300 or so machine.
They trusted me to get the job done and save where ever.
Had access as a technician to the books! That allowed me to monitor the profit on each machine.
If you care at that level you are super efficient at what you do.
Rock up at the office and check calls, then go make breakfast bacon and eggs for who ever wanted.
Then go pull my own stock and toners from the storeroom.
Go do some calls. Had the freedom to do my own logistics for when and where I would be.
Get back and get onto the PC to do research and training.
Also did the cost accounting in my free time to check how and where we could make some savings.
If the job was done nobody cared what you where up to and would be at home as early at 15h00 some days.
Pulled every trick in the book to keep costs down.
Always had the CPC up to date with new part prices the sheets was modified to include to known yields for parts.
Pushed everything to the limit while keeping awesome costumer relations.
The customers was very loyal and would not even consider upgrading with anybody else.
Every other week we would be on the driving range whacking some balls during office hours.
The manager would get the company credit card every now and again to spoil us a bit.
Company planed holidays where we would burn up the owners built up time shares at the most awesome venues.
Everything we scraped would go towards Friday BBQ's.
Thanks Lucien best guy i have ever worked for and you know i regret leaving big time!
