Good for the judge .. we need to get them out of the country!

Federal Judge Temporarily Blocks Biden Deportation Freeze After Texas Challenge

A federal judge in Texas temporarily blocked an executive order issued by President Joe Biden to halt the deportation of certain immigrants for 100 days.
U.S. District Judge Drew Tipton, an appointee of former President Donald Trump, issued a temporary restraining order on Jan. 26, blocking Biden’s policy nationwide for 14 days after Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton challenged it in court.
The order is a setback to the Biden administration, which has proposed far-reaching changes, including a plan to legalize about 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the United States illegally. Last week, the administration also issued an order that halts all U.S.–Mexico border wall construction.
During former President Donald Trump’s four years in office, Democrats and immigration activists often filed lawsuits in an attempt to halt Trump’s border wall construction, among other immigration provisions. With Paxton’s lawsuit, it’s likely that Republicans may do the same—especially with hundreds of judges appointed by Trump during his term in office.
Paxton, in a statement on Twitter, hailed the victory, saying, “Texas is the FIRST state in the nation to bring a lawsuit against the Biden Admin. AND WE WON.”
“Within 6 days of Biden’s inauguration, Texas has HALTED his illegal deportation freeze. *This* was a seditious left-wing insurrection,” the Republican continued. “And my team and I stopped it.

David Pekoske, the acting Homeland Security secretary, issued a directive on Jan. 20 directing authorities to focus on national security and public safety threats as well as anyone who was taken into custody after entering the U.S. illegally after Nov. 1.
White House officials didn’t immediately respond to a request by The Epoch Times for comment.
The Biden administration argued in court that Paxton’s lawsuit is unenforceable because “an outgoing administration cannot contract away that power for an incoming administration.”
Pekoske had said the deportation freeze would allow the DHS to “ensure that its resources are dedicated to responding to the most pressing challenges that the United States faces.” That includes the “immediate operational challenges at the southwest border in the midst of the most serious global public health crisis in a century,” Pekoske said.
“Throughout this interim period, DHS will continue to enforce our immigration laws.”

But last week, Paxton, a Republican, said the DHS failed to consult with Texas before making its immigration policy changes, as is required per an agreement between Texas and the agency.
“Border states like Texas pay a particularly high price when the federal government fails to faithfully execute our country’s immigration laws,” Paxton said last week, adding that an “attempted halt on almost all deportations would increase the cost to Texas caused by illegal immigration.”
Like Paxton, several former Trump DHS officials expressed alarm in recent days over Biden’s orders to rescind some immigration rules.
“With the stroke of a pen, President Biden made this country less safe,” former U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan told Breitbart News on Jan. 23. “It’s pure politics over public safety.”
Separately, a Democratic member of Congress confirmed that border wall construction along the U.S.–Mexico border was to be halted on Jan. 26, per one of Biden’s orders.

Now we need to overturn the border wall EO and get back to building it... it's a matter of National Security!

Dem Tulsi Gabbard Is Seeing the Light, Nails Biden for Appearing to Impose Martial Law

Former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard might be the only candidate who stood on stage during the 2020 Democratic presidential primary debates and dared to speak the truth. She continued doing so during an appearance Saturday night on Fox News’ “Watters’ World.”
Gabbard and host Jesse Watters discussed the over-the-top presence of 25,000 National Guard troops in Washington ahead of President Joe Biden’s inauguration, the announcement that many of those troops would remain in the city through March and the message this sends to American citizens and to the world.
Obviously, a small number of troops was essential to provide security for the inauguration, especially in the aftermath of the Capitol riot just two weeks before. But, as former Homeland Security Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli pointed out last week, 25,000 troops amounts to a division. And nothing says “martial law” more than the deployment of a division of troops to our nation’s capital.

This was unmistakably a calculated political decision intended to accomplish a political goal.
Gabbard told Watters: “The militarization of our nation’s capital was not only unnecessary … but to send that message both to the American people and to the world that somehow our nation’s capital is under attack and threat of a siege of taking over, I just don’t think that’s the message that we want to send to the American people and to the world.”
She added, “I read something as well that I think everyone would find disturbing in that not only were 25,000 deployed on Inauguration Day, militarizing our nation’s capital, but even as about half of that number are heading home, the officials in Washington are saying that they plan to keep an enduring presence of thousands of National Guard troops in our nation’s capital.

“I haven’t seen the justification of that, but again, it just reinforces my concern about, what is the kind of, what is the message that they’re sending to the American people? What is it that they are trying to accomplish now by creating an enduring presence?
“That sounds a lot like a lot of the stuff that we’ve seen happen overseas.”
The former congresswoman shared a clip of the interview on Twitter and asked Biden whether he has declared martial law. “Because that is what it’s starting to look and feel like,” she said.

    Tulsi Gabbard

    @TulsiGabbard

President @JoeBiden, have you declared martial law? Because that is what it’s starting to look and feel like. Let our troops get back home to their families.

Gabbard, a U.S. Army Reservist who served two tours of duty in the Middle East, also expressed concern about the despicable conditions the troops were forced to endure. The airwaves late last week were filled with images of soldiers sleeping in a freezing Senate parking garage, with few bathrooms and very little food. ( it was only ONE bathroom available )

She condemned the politicians who would stop by for a photo op and then immediately forget about the troops’ plight.
Gabbard said it made her angry to see the troops “really being discarded as though they don’t even matter.”

Watters noted that “even the Department of Defense said there was no intelligence indicating any imminent attack” on Inauguration Day.
It makes one wonder why there had been such an inadequate troop presence on Jan. 6, when there had been FBI warnings of a planned attack. But I digress.

In an exchange Friday with Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade on “Fox Primetime,” Gabbard reacted to the Democrats’ latest efforts to paint the 74 million Americans who voted for former President Donald Trump as domestic terrorists.
She shared that clip on Twitter and, addressing Biden, said, “Your leadership is needed now to denounce those like [former CIA Director] John Brennan & Rep [Adam] Schiff who are advocating for targeting half the country as potential domestic terrorists.
“Truly unite the American people around our Constitution & the rights that are endowed to us by our Creator.”

    Tulsi Gabbard

    @TulsiGabbard

.@joebiden Your leadership is needed now to denounce those like John Brennan & Rep Schiff who are advocating for targeting half the country as potential domestic terrorists. Truly unite the American people around our Constitution & the rights that are endowed to us by our Creator

    Gabbard repeated the message Tuesday.

    Tulsi Gabbard

    @TulsiGabbard

... trying to undermine our constitutionally-protected rights and turn our country into a police state with KGB-style "surveillance" are also domestic enemies—and much more powerful, and therefore dangerous, than the mob which stormed the capitol. ...

President Biden, I call upon you & all of Congress from both parties to denounce efforts by Brennan & others to take away our civil liberties endowed to us by our Creator & guaranteed in our Constitution. If you don’t stand up to them now, then our country will be in great peril.
As the U.S. government careens toward totalitarianism, it’s refreshing to come across a Democrat who’s willing to speak out against it.

Although Gabbard no longer serves in Congress, having decided not to run for re-election as she pursued the Democratic presidential nomination, she has remained a strong voice in the political world. I don’t know what her plans are, but she is fast becoming a force to be reckoned with.

China Sends A Warning To Biden After Flying Bombers Too Close To Taiwan

On Trump's way out he warned that China is engaging in genocide. He refused to allow Biden to make nice with China as he knew that they were a threat to America. Former U.N. Ambassador, Far East Expert Gordon Chang, and the Former Director of National Intelligence all agreed with this sentiment warning of how China is the greatest threat to America. So it looks like Biden is at least remaining wary of China and is continuing to protect Taiwan. But because we are protecting Taiwan we may very well end up in a conflict. China sent several bombers into Taiwan's airspace in an act of intimidation against the country and in response, we decided to send in an aircraft carrier strike group. China was not amused and warned Biden not to start anything.
"The U.S. sent an aircraft carrier strike group into the disputed South China Sea the same day China dispatched a fleet of 13 warplanes — including nuclear-capable bombers — into the southwestern corner of Taiwan’s air defense identification zone (ADIZ).
The dispatch of the USS Theodore Roosevelt strike group to the waterway on Saturday was seen as an implicit message to China just days after the inauguration of U.S. President Joe Biden amid a lowpoint in Sino-American ties.

It was unclear if the timing of the Chinese moves near Taiwan and the Roosevelt entering the South China Sea were related, but satellite imagery and tracking websites appeared to show that the carrier had transited the Bashi Channel between Taiwan and the Philippines the same day. The distance between the bombers and the carrier group would have put it within striking distance of Chinese YJ-12 anti-ship missiles, which some of the warplanes have reportedly been outfitted with.
The U.S. Indo-Pacific Command said in a statement Sunday that the carrier strike group was “on a scheduled deployment to the U.S. 7th Fleet to ensure freedom of the seas.”

The strike group was conducting “maritime security operations, which include flight operations with fixed and rotary-wing aircraft, maritime strike exercises, and coordinated tactical training between surface and air units,” the statement added."
"Taiwan’s Defense Ministry said that eight Chinese H-6K bombers, four J-16 fighter jets and a Y-8 anti-submarine aircraft had entered the ADIZ. China, which claims Taiwan as an inherent part of its territory, has conducted almost daily flights near the island in recent months, usually involving surveillance aircraft. But the large size of Saturday’s contingent — and presence of the bombers — was unusual."

Taiwan warned the planes that they had entered their airspace and had readied their air defense. The United States also told China to stop.
"We urge Beijing to cease its military, diplomatic, and economic pressure against Taiwan and instead engage in meaningful dialogue with Taiwan’s democratically elected representatives,” State Department spokesman Ned Price said."

The Chinese President warned Biden not to start another war whether it be hot or cold.

"Forming small groups or launching new cold wars on the world stage; excluding, threatening and intimidating others; resorting to decoupling, supply disruption or sanctions ... would only push the world towards division, if not confrontation," Xi said.
"Repeatedly, history and the reality reminded us that, if we walk down the path of confrontation — be it a cold war, a hot war, a trade war or a tech war — all countries are going to suffer in terms of their interests and their people’s well-being," he added."
That's odd coming from the Chinese president since he has been sending planes over to Taiwan clearly trying to intimidate them into joining back up with the mainland. The way things are going, unless China decided to hold off in their pursuit of Taiwan, we may end up in a conflict with them soon and unfortunately, it will likely not be a cold war.

So now, not only has SnifferJoe pissed off a LOT of Americans... Canada BUT now he has pissed off the country that helped him get elected SnifferJoe isn't doing a good job of winning friends and influencing people around the world.. Will IRAN be the next cuntry to turn their backs on SnifferJoe? My bet is YES!

Democrats Have Released a Roadmap to One-Party Rule

The Democrats appear intent on instituting one-party rule in the United States.
They’re trying to use the U.S. Capitol riots as an excuse to criminalize dissent and banish conservative voices from the public sphere, and at the same time they’re hoping to use their temporary, razor-thin majority in Congress to rewrite the rules governing our elections in a way designed to keep the Democratic Party entrenched in power for decades to come.

    ump in Senate Fade Away

In the House, Democrats have revived sweeping election reform legislation that died in the Senate during the previous session, perhaps hoping they can browbeat enough Republicans into going along with them. If that happens, the “Grand Old Party” of Abraham Lincoln might as well disband, because Republicans would never have any hope of regaining a congressional majority or controlling the White House under the rules that HR 1 would put in place.

Although the Constitution explicitly places state legislatures in charge of managing federal elections, HR 1 seeks to use the power of the purse to bludgeon the states into conforming to a centralized system pioneered in California and other deep-blue states. Congress can’t technically compel the states to change their voting laws, but seasoned politicians know that the states have become dependent on federal money to run their elections, and can’t afford to pick up the tab themselves.

To make matters worse, HR 1 declares that Congress possesses “ultimate supervisory power over Federal elections” — an extraordinary usurpation of governmental authority that the Founders specifically assigned to the states.

The 2020 election witnessed private interests dictating the manner in which the election was conducted in the nation’s urban cores. Mark Zuckerberg alone poured $419 million into this scheme.
The goal of centralizing power in the hands of the federal government has long been at the heart of liberal politics, and this legislation demonstrates why.
HR 1 would codify the very practices — many of them currently illegal in most states — that created widespread irregularities in the 2020 elections and contributed greatly to public mistrust of the electoral process. In 2020, state and local officials used the COVID-19 pandemic as justification to ignore or deliberately violate state election laws. If HR 1 is enacted, they won’t need any such excuse in 2022 because the states will have no choice but to implement policies such as legalized ballot harvesting, early voting, and universal mail-in voting, as well as repeal of voter ID laws, signature-matching laws, and other ballot security measures.
For example, HR 1 would allow ballot harvesting on steroids. Voters would — for the first time — have the ability to print out their ballots at home, creating a gaping security hole that could easily be exploited by either domestic or foreign interests. The legislation also allows third parties to collect ballots from an unlimited number of absentee voters and submit them through ballot drop boxes, dramatically increasing the risk that vulnerable Americans could be bullied, bribed, or blackmailed for their votes without the protection of election workers.

Under the rules outlined in HR 1, election observers wouldn’t even be able to challenge the legitimacy of ballots without written documentation, making it virtually impossible to document or detect election irregularities.
Nothing in this legislation could plausibly be interpreted as a means of restoring public confidence in our elections — but the reforms establish a clear roadmap to one-party rule. This is especially so when you consider the new proposals for the war on “domestic terror” aimed directly at the free expression of American citizens.
We can only hope that principled Republicans and Democrats will reject this direct assault on American democracy and individual freedom, and resist the institutionalists in both parties who believe the American people need them to protect us from ourselves.
The way to create one-party rule is to control information and control the way a nation selects its leaders. The political left has joined with Big Tech and government careerists in aggressively trying to do both.

Congress did, which IMHO is illegal, since only the CIC is the only one with power to do so.
