Trump lifted median Black household incomes to their highest levels on record and pushed Black unemployment rates and poverty rates down to their lowest levels.

Are you actually trying to tell us that giving tax breaks to billionaires helped blacks and Hispanics? Really?? That's quite a stretch.

Ummm, you didn't answer my question

This is very simple. When you lower taxes AND cut burdensome government regulations it frees up companies to grow or create new companies. As unemployment is driven down, there are less workers that are looking for a job thus companies have to pay more because of competition in the labor market for workers.
