What Canada is actually doing is funding the dictators and communist regime in Cuba with these "international development programs", which does nothing to strengthen agriculture OR improve food security. All it does is line the pockets of the upper echelon of the Cuban communist party, and then they dole it out as "they see fit".

You are aware that the Cuban government has shut down most internet services and phone messaging services to try and stifle the "dissent" from it's citizens, and certain high-ranking politicians/ religious leaders/ community leaders on the island, aren't you?!?
