Joe Biden just dethroned the Welfare Queen - CNNPolitics

President Joe Biden has been compared to Franklin D. Roosevelt and Lyndon B. Johnson and has even been called the "Anti-Reagan."

But there's another legendary political character that people should cite to explain why Biden's governing approach during his first 100 days in office is such a radical break from the past.

Re: The Shining City Upon a Hill

This little loudmouth NEEDS to learn what is really going on, EVERY person and or country has the right to defend themselves against attacks. Israel didn't start this shit but they damn well finished it real quick. Palestine is their muslim enemy.

Kamala Harris' Niece: If You're Neutral on Israel-Gaza Conflict, You've 'Chosen the Side of the Oppressor'

Meena Harris, the niece of Vice President Kamal Harris, said on social media this week that people who support Israel’s right to sovereignty, or simply remain neutral amid the ongoing conflict in the country, are siding with “oppression.”
Harris, who was reportedly warned by White House attorneys recently to cease using her aunt’s name several months ago to sell books, took to Instagram Wednesday to comment on the ongoing military and social conflict between the Israeli government and Palestinians.
“One cannot advocate for racial equality, LGBT & women’s rights, condemn corrupt and abusive regimes & other injustices yet choose to ignore the Palestinian oppression,” read a text meme shared by Harris.

“It does not add up. You cannot pick & choose whose human rights matter more,” the post added.
In a comment on the meme, the vice president’s niece noted: “If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor. I stand in solidarity with the Palestinian residents of Sheikh Jarrah.”

Well then Meena why don't you carry your fat happy ass over there... see how they treat you then, you just MIGHT change your way of thinking.

Sheikh Jarrah is a neighborhood in East Jerusalem that is mostly inhabited by Palestinians. Some residents in the area face evictions following a series of court rulings. Final determination with regard to evicting the families in the neighborhood will be made when tensions in the country east by the Supreme Court, The Times of Israel reported.
“In all, over 70 Palestinians in Sheikh Jarrah are set to be evicted in the coming weeks, to be replaced by right-wing Jewish Israelis. The Palestinians live in houses built on land that courts have ruled were owned by Jewish religious associations before the establishment of Israel in 1948,” the outlet noted.

Harris, an attorney and author, is presumably in the dark with how members of the LGBT community are treated by Hamas militants in Gaza and the Fatah faction the West Bank — not mention by others across the Arab world.
Amnesty International, which is no ally to the Israeli government, outlined the state of oppression of members of the LGBT community and others by Hamas and other Arabs in the region in a 2020 report.

“The Palestinian authorities in the West Bank and the Hamas de facto administration in the Gaza Strip continued to crack down on dissent, including by stifling freedoms of expression and assembly, attacking journalists and detaining opponents. Security forces in both areas used unnecessary and/or excessive force during law enforcement activities, including when imposing lockdown measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic,” Amnesty International concluded in its State of Palestine 2020 reported.
“Torture and other ill-treatment of detainees were committed with impunity. Women faced discrimination and violence, including killings as a result of gender-based violence. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people continued to face discrimination and lacked protection,” the reported added. “In the West Bank, authorities made widespread use of administrative detention without charge or trial.”
The report noted that in Gaza, the current epicenter for Israel military action following now more than a week of indiscriminate rocket attacks against the country’s cities, “civilians [in Gaza] continued to be tried before military courts. Courts in Gaza handed down death sentences. Palestinian armed groups in Gaza occasionally fired rockets indiscriminately into Israel.”

The evictions to which Harris was referring have largely been relegated to back page news in recent days as the military conflict between Hamas militants and the Israeli Defense Forces heats up.
The IDF began responding last week to Hamas militants after barrages of rockets were fired blindly at civilians. The country’s so-called “Iron Dome” contains a majority of rockets, but nine Israeli citizens have been killed in recent days.

In recent days, the tense situation has escalated as Israel continues to respond to terror attacks with precision and force. Sadly, children have been killed on both sides of the conflict.
Hamas, which started the current hostilities, is known for using women and children as human shields.

National Security Issue: Cyber Sleuths Find Joe Biden's Private Venmo Account in Just 10 Minutes - Report

Spurred on by an inadvertent hint that exposed a vulnerability, the website BuzzFeed said it found President Joe Biden’s personal Venmo account.
Venmo is a social media app that allows people to send money to one another quickly and easily.
BuzzFeed News claimed it found the account “after less than 10 minutes of looking for it, revealing a network of his private social connections, a national security issue for the United States, and a major privacy concern for everyone who uses the popular peer-to-peer payments app.”

BuzzFeed revealed that all it took to find the president’s account was to use “a combination of the app’s built-in search tool and public friends feature.”
But the site said it found more than just Biden’s account.

“In the process, BuzzFeed News found nearly a dozen Biden family members and mapped out a social web that encompasses not only the first family, but a wide network of people around them, including the president’s children, grandchildren, senior White House officials, and all of their contacts on Venmo,” it reported, noting that all accounts linked to Biden were taken offline after the story broke.
Venmo replied to the story with a statement that defended its privacy practices.

“The safety and privacy of all Venmo users and their information is always a top priority, and we take this responsibility very seriously. Customers always have the ability to make their transactions private and determine their own privacy settings in the app. We’re consistently evolving and strengthening the privacy measures for all Venmo users to continue to provide a safe, secure place to send and spend money,” it said.
However, others criticized the app saying its privacy flaws are well known.

“Venmo’s privacy failures are already a big problem for everyday folks who use Venmo, and that’s been the case for years,” Gennie Gebhart, acting activism director at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, said. “All of those problems are magnified when we’re talking about a major public figure.”
“For one of the most heavily guarded individuals in the world, a publicly available Venmo account and friend list is a massive security hole. Even a small friend list is still enough to paint a pretty reliable picture of someone’s habits, routines, and social circles.”
But it all began with what proved to be a slip of the tongue.

On Friday, The New York Times briefly mentioned in an article that a White House adviser noted the president “sent the grandchildren money using Venmo.” That began the chain of events that BuzzFeed says led to finding Biden’s account.
“If somebody wanted to map out the activities of the first family, they could just look at their activities on the social network and figure out what the family is up to by looking at what their associates are doing,” Vahid Behzadan, the director of the Secure and Assured Intellect Learning Lab at the University of New Haven, said.

“I assume that the extended associates, like friends, grandchildren, don’t enjoy the same level of security as the first family, and so it may be easier to monitor them passively through their network.”
BuzzFeed pointed out how the information it found could be misused.

“By finding these accounts, a person could physically stalk the president, his aides, or members of his family, creating a physical risk for the White House. There are also espionage risks. A spy or political opponent could also use this information to find out personal information about those close to the president, or to pose as a member of Biden’s inner circle and communicate with the president or others under false pretenses,” the outlet wrote.
“There are other possible consequences. A connection between a White House official and a journalist, for example, could potentially expose a whistleblower,” BuzzFeed added.
“This is a great example of why apps with social features should not default to allowing strangers to see each others’ data,” Alex Stamos, a Stanford University professor and former Facebook chief security officer, said. “As we’ve seen with other products such as exercise apps, national security–sensitive information can be easily gathered by intelligence services as well as from more prosaic adversaries, such as abusive spouses and stalkers.”

GOP Rep. Kim Visits Border, Comes Back with Unmistakable Message for Biden and Harris

A California Republican on Sunday chided the Biden administration over its refusal to confront the border crisis head-on and told them to “get your butts out there and see it for yourselves.”
During an appearance Sunday on “Fox & Friends Weekend,” U.S. Rep. Young Kim said burying the administration’s collective heads in the sand only allows the crisis to grow.
“I have gone down to the border in Texas, the southern border. I also went down to the California-Mexico border. What I have seen is definitely the security crisis, humanitarian crisis. We have a crisis at the border, yet this Biden administration refuses to see it for what it is,” Kim said.

She said those who make policy should see with their own eyes the reality of the border.
“I urge the Biden administration and also Vice President Kamala Harris to get down to the border to see for themselves, and maybe they (will) change their mind,” Kim said.

She said the flow of illegal immigrants leaves the border defenseless.
“Drug cartels are the only ones that are benefiting from this border crisis,” Kim said. “It is hurting Americans. It is undermining legal immigration. And it is draining the resources from the Border Patrol agents, CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) agents when they should be patrolling the borders.”

“Right now all of the illegal activities are slipping through because our border patrol agents are now serving the role of caretakers. That is something that the Biden administration refuses to see.”
Kim did not mince words about the need for administration leaders to see what is going on, as she did during her trip to the border last week with a bipartisan delegation.

“I really encourage them to get down there, get your butts out there and see it for yourselves what I’m seeing,” she said on ‘Fox & Friends.’
“It is breaking my heart. I see so many mothers with young children because they are getting a mixed signal that when you come across the border illegally, one way or another you will be taken care of. Wrong, wrong.”
She said a return to former President Donald Trump’s policies is what the nation needs.

“We need to reinstate the policies that have worked during the previous administration and really, I really encourage them to get down there and let’s fix the problem,” she said.
In a column for Fox News, Kim wrote that “while we need to come together to address the root causes of mass migration, recent policy changes made by the Biden administration are contributing to this crisis and hurting Americans.”

President Biden said in his joint address to Congress that his policies as vice president ‘helped keep people in their own countries instead of being forced to leave’ but ‘the last administration shut it down,'” she wrote.
“However, the Biden administration’s recent decisions to roll back policies from the last administration without thoughtful policy replacements are encouraging the opposite. The administration’s lack of a plan is exacerbating the border crisis, straining resources everywhere from the border to communities I represent in California’s 39th District.”

Kim noted that as an immigrant from South Korea, she knows immigration transforms lives and makes the nation stronger. However, she wrote, “The Biden administration’s border policies are undermining the legal immigrants who have waited their turn in line for years.”
She also said that success isn’t simply passing unaccompanied minors from one agency to the next.
“Additionally, while recently we’ve seen the Biden administration post pictures of CBP facilities being less full, this just means that the migrants are likely now in HHS (Health and Human Services) facilities. This is no indication that any progress has been made to solve the problem of the surge of migrants coming to our country,” Kim wrote for Fox News.
