WTF happened to the Exchange site ?
WTF were they thinking with this new layout - it's garbage.
They totally removed all the things that made it useful.
There is no longer any tech forums so all sharing of knowledge has ceased.
Good luck finding anything without already knowing it exists and good luck finding the right search key words to find it.

I am with you. In 2020, this site was great! In 2021 it sucks with the revamp.
I cannot even log in properly after contacting Tech support twice.
Konica Minolta ZA site is a complete POS. They isolate the techs from the international support site to be in "control" of everything.
Cost them millions in ZAR and is pretty shitty.
What happens if an uncle of sorts gets the job...

My log in now works properly and I can view and download any topic that I click on.
A lot of the previous content is missing. For example, the What is Hot and What is New sections are missing. I am hoping those portions of FYI will eventually be restored.
To be fair, the new website is only four days old.
Hopefully this situation will improve soon. It takes some time now and then.

Well it's been a few months since this thread has started and Toshiba Exchange is still garbage. On a positive note, it got me back to looking at copytechnet. There was an incredible amount of useful information in the Tech Boards that I reckon is lost and gone forever. And, Rusty lost his Uber Ninja status!
There is now a "join the conversation" lick on the left of the Exchange which is not the forum...but its currently just an open forum with no sub categories.
The main thing I want back is a what's new and/or a sequential bulletin list.
It's currently very hard and time consuming to find new content and impossible to keep up on new bulletins unless you set in on the monthly regional meetings and thats IF they bring up every new bulletin.
