Unwanted Ads

How do I stop these Ads from appearing??? Now I starting getting a Notification like someone has a "like or sending me a message" and when I click on it, it is a stupid ad. All from AdChoices.

1. Use a Windows PC
2. Install Malwarebytes Anti Malware as your anti virus software. Much better than Windows Defender. Windows firewall is OK.
3. Use Firefox as your browser
4. Install AdblockPlus for Firefox
