There's a punchline somewhere in there, I just have no idea what it is.

I hope they never run out of toner. You'll never know what ended up in the hopper.
I remember a Toshiba Alabama series with negative copies. I asked the customer if they had refilled the toner bottle. They gave me an enthusiastic "No! We would never do that!". I would have been an idiot not to notice the broken open Samsung toner cartridges laying in the waste basket. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Which one is working? HA

I remember. At the time I was working on Mita DC-121. 131, 161, 111 ... all with open hoppers. Just pour in the toner. Do you remember the technique they taught us? "Roll the bottle as you pour, so it doesn't all dump at once. You get a nice slow even pour, and never too much."
At least now they have to work a little harder to insert the wrong toner. =^..^=

The HP is using Samsung engine technology. The Samsung (now Samsucks) is discontinued with little chance of quality support from HP.
No Lexmark product is pictured. Lexmark A3s are Konica Minolta (both having big time product delivery problems), The Kyocera, I rarely compete against them so I cannot comment.
.. certainly an odd collection probably more hardware than the customer needs. I suspect they own the Kyocera and Samsung and recently signed a new HP lease.
The caption should be "This is a toner disaster for the customer/ service provider to maintain".
If all three are color copiers, that is 12 toners and 3 waste toner bottles to maintain.
