Likes: Does anyone have a solution to prevent ink or whatever from sticking to the glass used for ADF copies/scans ? We have a few KonicaMinolta 4050i's that seem to do it more than other brands for whatever reason.

It only happens when the ink or correction fluid has not been allowed enough time to dry. Fluid ink pens are the worse.
Any reason why you posted this in Rants Raves and Everything Else instead of the KM technical forum?
Yes train them it is in every user manual, if they want you to come onsite and clean glass instead make sure call is chargeable.Originally Posted by deputydogg

Anytime I take a dirty slit class call, or reloading paper I refer to it as a "job security call". Customers get a laugh, and it helps them remember their past mistakes and how to resolve them without my intervention.

He is one of the top techs that checks there also.
Maybe it's time to concentrate on advices received on topic instead of whatever you talk... just saying
