Amazon plans to lay off 10K employees: report



Amazon reportedly plans to lay off 10,000 corporate and technology employees as soon as this week.

The move would mark the largest job cut in Amazon's history, representing 3% of its corporate employees and 1% of its global workforce, according to the outlet.

"We're facing an unusual macro-economic environment, and want to balance our hiring and investments with being thoughtful about this economy," Galetti said.

They have been cutting back little by little for months. Here in Bakersfield they halted work converting an old K-Mart into a last mile delivery center.

Any serious president would demand the Federal reserve gets an independent audit. The Federal Reserve is a private bank that the US owes over $31 trillion to and our "fiat dollar" is a debt note to that bank, nothing to back the dollar only puts the burden on the taxpayers as it is a debt note, nothing more. Also, end fractional reserve banking as well.
